Spacious and Comfortable: This 3-bedroom holiday home was more spacious than I expected! With plenty of room to move around and relax, it felt like a luxurious retreat. The beds were comfortable, and the living area was perfect for socializing with friends. A great place to unwind after a long day of exploring Birmingham!

No Bedroom Door in Loft: One minor issue was the lack of a door in the loft bedroom. While not a deal-breaker, it could pose a safety concern in the event of a fire.

One specific issue we encountered was the lack of communication regarding our check-out time. We received an email confirming a check-out time of 12:30, but the cleaner arrived early and was rude to us when we questioned it.

I always stay here and never regret it. The staff helped me with my elderly parents. Free Wi-Fi, parking, kettle, cookware, TV. Perfect for my romantic escape.

Finally found a parking spot! And the free WiFi was so fast, I think I time traveled. I even managed to wash my clothes, so I smell less like a posh lady and more like a normal person.

Oh, and let's not forget the charming surprise of loose pot handles and a missing bedroom door. Classy touch!
